Result
The project having undergone some delays, Asdaex was mandated to relaunch it in a planning defined with the client:
- Definition with the client of the communication, deployment, and training strategy
- Respect of the defined plan
- Support for certain specific problems on technical points
If the change management remains the biggest challenge during the transition from one CPR to another, Asdaex was able to put in place various means to conduct it in the best way.
