THE MISSION of Asdaex

Transitioned from EPR software to Xperthis CARE software, with resources provided to deploy the solution in various disciplines. Tasks included:

- Needs analysis

- Writing the analysis/product (Prince2 methodology)

- Creation of the technical analysis document

- Validation of the configuration

- Support during deployment

- Post-deployment support

Asdaex also intervened as project manager and accompanied the hospital's project managers in the development of the products (Prince2).
