Connection of new WFI loops to existing process vessels
THE MISSION of Asdaex
This project is part of a larger project: Water l'O. This consists of replacing the hot and cold WFI loops of the mass infusion product production unit with new loops meeting the standards currently in force. The project consisted of replacing the currently manual tapping points with the new automatic ones. It included updating all production batches by integrating them fully automatically with quality control.
DESIGN
Complete functional analysis, including the impacts on the processes as well as the possible optimizations in agreement with the customer.
SPECIFICATIONS
Update of the entire existing file.
DEVELOPMENT
Development of all modifications at PLC / "Archestra" supervision system / "InBatch" batch system.
QUALIFICATIONS
Realization of the entire FAT / IQ / OQ qualification file based on the templates and the ASDAEX quality system for presentation to the control authorities.
Result
Completion within the expected timeframe and optimization of the implementation with a minimum of production shutdown.
