Analysis of an Xperthis CARE environment
THE MISSION of Asdaex
Continuous improvement of the institutions using Xperthis CARE software, by analyzing the environment to determine which evolutions can be brought to the Computerized Patient Record. To this end, the following tasks were carried out:
- Environment analysis based on defined queries
- Workshop with the IT/DPI team to clarify certain elements
- Presentation of the results of the environment (report of more or less 100 pages)
- Presentation of the issues and areas for improvement to the management committee
- Implementation of the improvements
- Follow-up of the benefit of the improvements
Result
Thanks to predefined indicators, highlighting of problems based on data encoded in the Computerized Patient Record.
Definition of improvement paths in collaboration with the client. Validation of these by the management committee through a presentation of the summary of the analysis report.
The end users are now using the software efficiently.
