OCV/OCR system on end-of-line conveyor in aseptic area
THE MISSION of Asdaex
Installation of a reading system OCV/OCR with automatic vial ejection.
DESIGN
Design of the ejection system and the conveying system with the company MachineSight, which was responsible for the mechanical and electrical package.
Creation of a mockup of the Human Machine Interface.
SPECIFICATIONS
Writing of the FDS for the automation section in order to ensure line control and full integration of the OCR/OCV control camera in the supervision system.
DEVELOPMENT
Development of the PLC code and supervision using the Siemens TIA Portal platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
Realization and execution of the FAT and SAT protocols in order to ensure the compliance of the equipment and the process towards the Client URS.
