Development of automation specifications of a new production line
THE MISSION of Asdaex
Realization of a URS and tender specifications of the Automation component for the installation of a new cytotoxic bulk production line.
DESIGN
The design of the process and the associated equipment was carried out at the same time as the definition of the needs in terms of automation.
SPECIFICATIONS
Production of a “Tender Specifications” including the following sections:
- Functional description: Process equipment / Utilities / Batch Process Steps requirements
- Design and technical requirements: PLC Infrastructure / Batch system / Interfaces / Communication /Data and event collection / Access control
