Automation of a purified water loop to supply a CIP freeze-dryer
THE MISSION of Asdaex
Automation and supervision of a purified water loop supplying a freeze-dryer for the CIP cycles and electrical installation supporting all field equipment.
DESIGN
Creation of a mockup of the Human Machine Interface.
Design of the electro-pneumatic package supporting the automation of the loop in collaboration with SolELec company.
SPECIFICATIONS
Process analysis and realization of a specification including all following elements:
-I/O list
-Network layout
-Functional and design process analysis
-Human Machine Interface analysis
DEVELOPMENT
Development of the PLC code and supervision using the Siemens TIA Portal platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
Realization and execution of the FAT and SAT protocols in order to ensure compliance of the equipment and the process towards the Client URS.
Result
